Great to know that straight after a 24hr mute I get muted again, and that the reason I was muted was because of a group of people blaming me for losing a match because i couldnt communicate, and reporting me for it.

I was just playing a game with 4 Russian players all speaking Russian the entire game, then when I asked why they had queued for EU West they told me "All servers are Russian".

I continued to try and get them to communicate so we could win, but they just wouldn't listen. Now it seems they all reported me and I suddenly get the told I can't talk for 24 hours.

Nor can I use commands or draw on the map. I scared to play any more games in fear of being reported again for NOT talking.

with this system they are just making the game worst, they aren't helping anything. If they don't want harsh language on the game or what ever they are trying to block then they should fliter it or let people deal with it.

I have news for you. XBOX is doing the same thing. EA is considering it. The only people that are not going to like this are the ones that think it is ok to spew whatever they want as long as they have the protection of the internet. If these same people talked like this to people in real life they would get the crap beat out of them. Being muted is a good alternative to taking a beating.

LOL, XBOX and EA isn't the same thing as Dota. Xbox is not a game and EA isnt as well. On a game like Dota where you depend on your team t talk it is just hurting other who play the game. Also XBOX and EA dont over mute people like steam has, you can get muted for "spaming" if just one person reports you. This new program shouldn't be a mute it should be LowP like how it used to be. This isnt helping anyone

In Dota 2 a lot of people are there just to cause problems and troll. If you can not behave they have options. Muting you is less severe than banning you. I hope they just start dishing out bans like LoL or HoN does,

I am well versed in the industry as I am part of it, thank you for clearing things up with your pointless post. Also I play Dota 2 and HoN. LoL sucks but I have tried it.
