Trackmania 2 Stadium problem end cd key

I've bought tm 2 via steam for 8 euro but the game shows me an error saying " This key is invalid or has been already used." I formatted my comp becouse i thought that there is a problem with my steam, but after reinstalling steam and downloading tm2s from it when i try to login to maniaplanet in game, the same error pops up. I tried to uninstal steam and launch tm2s without it, and it worked but there's no possibility to check if an account i loged in is free or is it activated becouse there's still open beta phase. Can someone help me?
