Portal 2 PTI: How to Upload Pictures to your custom map

Does somebody know how to upload your own pictures to your own custom maps in the Perpetual Testing Initiative within Portal 2 in an easy way. I know theres an option to add a picture, I tried to use it, but it showed me a jumble of files and I don't know which one leads me to the screenshots I've taken. Can someone either tell me an easier way of uploading pictures/screenshots within PTI, or at least lead me through to which file(s) I am looking for as far as screenshots I have taken in-game go.

I found this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\87370208\760\remote\620\screenshots and it did the trick for me. I can't seem to make the screenshot into the thumbnail picture for my level, but it's something anyway.

It's not perfect, but if you can find something similar to the picture you want online, well... you save it, copy the location of it on your computer and paste so you can access it and upload it.

Still though,
If anyone knows how to get screenshots or other pictures into the thumbnail for levels, please tell us!

All screenshots go to this folder: steam\userdata\232087618(or something like that)\760\remote\620\screenshots.

You can add them to the map on the subscribe page.
