What is the best modern day alternative to "Dungeon Keeper"?

I was feeling a bit nostalgic for one of my favoriate games of all time, Dungeon Keeper, however it appears I cannot get it to install, let alone play, on Windows 7. so I am wondering if there is a game out there, on steam or off, that brings that same style of gameplay onto a more modern computer? Thanks in advance.

you can get dungeon keeper to work look up keeper fx pretty easy to do and you even get extra levels and a easier way to play online.or i saw war for the overworld looks identiacal just more modern but i haven't tried it the keeper fx works great thought try you can play dungeon keeper agian for free just search it online. you will need a copy of the game or to download one because it requirs a file from the game but you can download it for free the game then get fx and you are away with a bit of work.
