How do you change privacy settings?
I've looked all over my profile page but cannot find anything that allows me to change my privacy settings. Under Steam / Settings, I cannot find what I need.

Someone please help me with this.

YourName on top of the screen -> "Profile" -> "Edit my profile" link on the right -> "Settings" tab.

I overlooked that "Edit my profile" a dozen times, because it does not stand out in any way whatsoever. I was looking for something obvious.

You don't; unless you set your profile visibility overall.
