The problem was the Nvidia update which was adding some sort of 3D display onto your games.
Honestly, just go onto your search menu and type uninstall programs. Click that. Search for Nvidia and ANYTHING that says 3D just delete. Alright guys it's party time and thanks wooh

Is part of the Nvidia 3D Vision system. You will find you either have two copies of the screen, or a red/blue filter on there. In your graphics settings in the Nvidia Control Panel turn off your 3D.
If you have recently upgraded to windows8.1 it seems that this set it to "on" in a lot of cases.
