Where do I start?

Is this your first time playing an Elder Scrolls game?

No I have played E/S III Morrowind and Oblivion. I have over 400 hours on Skyrim.

Oh, I misunderstood your question, do you mean the Dragonborn DLC?

Yes although it timed out on the download and I am trying to get Steam to either set me up to reload or send me a disc.

Oh, so you are having technical problems now?

I think so. However all I have been able to get from Steam is that I own the game, "play it now". So I was going to try to find out where it starts and prove that it didn't download.

I think you just run Skyrim and since Dragonborn is a DLC, it should run along with Skyrim. Once you get playing you have to find these people called the "Cultists," or something like that.

If you want to understand how to play this or need a walkthrough then i recommend you look up youtube online.

Right now I just want to prove that it didn't download so I can maybe get tehm to set me up to reload it. Thanks.

Launch the Skyrim Launcher and go to Data FIles, Make sure Dragonborn.esm is checked.

If you use a mod to launch the game (like SKSE) exit the launcher and launch it like your normally would otherwise click play in the launcher.
