I'm dying here!
1. Delete the local content of the game (right click on the game in the steam library).
2. Insert disc 1 of bioshock infinite
3. Close steam and log off, (steam > exit)
4. Go to start (bottom left/ windows key) and then "run"
5. There type the following: "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -install E:
and change the location in " " for whatever location you have steam installed in. Also change E: to whatever letter is assigned to your disc tray.
6. Press "Ok", then steam will try to log in, you log in and continue with the installation that comes up and that's the way you install from the CD.
