How long does it take to get a response from Steam support?
I put in a ticket to Steam support about 7 hours ago now about my account being hacked, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet. How long does it usually take to get a reply? I'm more worried about the attached payment methods.

I'd say 1 day to a week.

Depends on how much info you gave them and how were you "hacked" did you give someone your password?

No, i didn't. I have double checked and my PC and email are secure so i'm at a loss as to how they got my details.

I've given them as much info as the help article says but i hope it's not 4 weeks.

It wont be 4 weeks, more like 4 days at most. Hijacked accounts are taken seriously at steam support and are dealt with quite fast. The only delay would be not giving all the info needed and support needing to ask you more questions.

I don't mind the wait. There are probably other people in front of me, but what about the attached credit card on the account?
I've given them the name of the account when I had it, a link to the account as it is now, the email address when I had it, card information I used to purchase the majority of the games, and a CD-Key for Dragon Age II that's on the account. Is that enough information or is there any other information I should give them?

The CC info gets wiped from the account when the email gets changed if I'm not mistaken so that shouldn't be a direct concern if they did that. If not then you should still be able to access the account recovery through your old email.

The only CC concern then really is if they ordered games from the account without changing the email.

Personally for me to get my hacked account back, it took a week, or 8 days

If you account is hacked the Support works in the background and do not contact you immediatly, that is what happend with me when my account got hacked.
The account was closed 2 hours after my ticket, but I got the details and the respond around 1-2 days later.

It was actually 3 days (24th to 27th) which is about what the moderator above told me it'd be.
