I've given them as much info as the help article says but i hope it's not 4 weeks.
The only CC concern then really is if they ordered games from the account without changing the email.
The account was closed 2 hours after my ticket, but I got the details and the respond around 1-2 days later.

It was actually 3 days (24th to 27th) which is about what the moderator above told me it'd be.
They are known to restore your TF2 items once and only once. If you lose your account any further times they will do nothing for you as Account security is your responsibility.
