HOW DO I TURN OFF COMPATIBILITY MODE???
Hi I've been trying to play fallout 2 for several days now... Only it keeps saying "it appears fallout is running in compatibility mode". It's really annoying because I can't find out how to turn OFF compatibility mode, and it's made me unable to play the game... If someone could shed some light on this, I would be very grateful...

Ps. I also looked this up before asking this question but I didn't see any threads about it, so if you could help that'd be great.

right click desktop game icon. go down to properties.
in there you will see the compatibility tab.

i just got comapny of hereos 2 and it pops up saying company of heroes 2 then the screen turns black and kicks me out of the game. then it says to turn off compatibility mode and i cant find it anywhere. please help payed $60 for it

I have had a message like this which started today, before it wasn't in compatibility mode. I went to change it but I couldn't remove it from compatibility because the option was checked and greyed out. Haven't had any issues with it being in the mode though

i have this problem to and so does my son we realy need a fix for this cause it makes his company of heroes 2 crash alot on mine it's in compatability mode for vista and i dont even have vista his isn't even set and it still tells him he is in compatabilty mode

This guide should help ou fix the compatibilty mode issue. I't something in windows that 'locks' it.
