Computer reformatted... where are my games?!

Just as the title suggests.... I had my computer reformatted and I am missing Total War Shogun 2, Rise of Samurai, and Fall of the Samurai. Also missing is Sniper. I cannot find it in my library and it is only downloading Counter Strike and Counter Strike Source. How do I retrieve my games that I paid for?

Are you sure you aren't in the library "installed" list instead of the library "all games" list?

I'm sure it's not there. I tried restarting steam, etc. It's still downloading CS Source, but there is nothing for the Shogun 2 Total pack I bought. and Sniper I. Steam help please?

Like Hashbrick said, do you have your Library set on the "installed" list? Or the "All Games" list? If it is the "Installed" list it would obviously only show games that are installed. I've reformatted my PC a number of times and never have had this issue.
