Fix the Screenshot Manager / Uploads.

God, I have yet to be able to upload a array of screenshots in ages... It appears anything over like 3-4 screen shots they will stop uploading and produce the:
"1 screenshots could not be uploaded due to errors"
Please god, fix this... I have had about 150+ Screenshots wasted becasue they wont upload.

As of today it works for me! First time ever, I uploaded a punch of screenshots! It is not that fast and needed one retry with the first one but all the other ones uploaded whithout any troubles...
Bad thing is, I haven't done anything... no installs no uninstalls no nothing... only odd thing was a steam-survey about having a microphone and such which I took part in, a few minutes before.

Which suggests it was a problem with their infrastructure (their cloud).

Just tried uploading one yesterday after downloading the new steam client updates and it finally worked for the first time!

I had this problem too, the solution for me was to temporarily disable Peerblock to upload the pictures. (Peerblock is a separate program I have installed. If you don't know what it is, chances are you're not using it :) )

Disabling peerblock allowed me to upload. Now I just gotta find which IP it's trying to go to and allow the communication.

EDIT: Found it. YMMV, but for me the IP destination was 208.64.200.29:27016 if you see that IP in your peerblock list, allow it and uploads work perfectly.

Can't upload screenshots, can't upload videos, can't upload nothing, every three hours the servers community are down, every two hours all the damn Steam is down, WTF Valve?
