Let me know if that helps. It was very common over the last few years.
Apparently Dell doesn't want to allow you to disable the IGP in BIOS.. They want you to handle that through NVIDIA Control Panel/Optimus.
All my options in NVIDIA Control Panel look correct though.

This is a common problem with games running on systems with multiple monitors.
To fix this, use Windows Explorer to navigate to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\***THIS GAME'S FOLDER***\Bin\ folder.
Right click on the .exe file and select Properties. Select the Compatibility tab and put a check in the Disable Desktop Composition box.
