Can't activate my TimeShift product key on Steam
I've entered the code on multiple occasions and it always shows the message of "Invalid product Key" but the key isn't wrong.

Oh, I see. That's too bad, my DVD installer is....dying if you will and i was hoping that Steam was going to save the day. Well, thanks anyway!
so it is not possible to add this game to library anyhow? I have a valid CD with code, maybe I can contact production support for it?

It's not a SteamWorks title, there is no way to activate retail keys.

It actually is a SteamWorks title - https://steamdb.info/app/10130/

Also the question already has been answered.

If you get a error message like that one above, that means the key don't work on Steam.

It's a Steam title not a SteamWorks title. If it was, you'd be able to redeem retail keys.
the question was about contacting the game production, in case they can provide an alternative to it.

I've heard of developers doing such things in the past, especially if you have issues installing the game from the original media. You should contact the developers directly because the publisher probably wont care.

I dug out the contact form for the developer Saber.

yeah, that's the info I was looking for, thanks! I'll try to ask them.
