to erase trojans from your computer you need virrus software that specializes in them
"norton and stop sign " do not specialiaze in them i would highly reccoemnd system suite professional 14 by avenquest or advanced system care 6 by iobit 2nd one is free 1st one you can only get online but i'd get it for a year and replace it with the latest version they come out with normally every year they come out with the best stuff both of these two protects you and optimizes your computer to be healthy and happy without any lags in game freezes or anything stolen trojans can steel anything the user who sent it wishes >_<
