"Connecting to Steam account" never disappears. NOD 32 was the problem.

I just had a problem with Steam. When I launched steam.exe nothing happened after "Connecting to steam account: ****". That window showed forever.

I tried the fixes mentioned on this site including the blob-files. Nothing helped. I even did System Restore with no success until I realized the antivirus programs updates too fast.

NOD32 was my problem and when I changed steam.exe to be treated as "Active" in web protection HTTP/HTTPS it worked.

I Just wanted to share my information with other who might get the same things after recent NOD32 update or something.
