Can't get the controller going in Batman Arkham City

Hello guys. I just bought a new joystick, this one:

and it won't work in Batman AC. Now i see that AC is full controller support and i wonder why.. I tried it in CS:GO, which is semi-supported for controller and it works just fine, but it doesnt in AC. Anyone?

Does your drivers support 360 native, because most games are 360 controller native? You may have to go Micro$oft to download them. Also unplug and plug the controller back in and have it operating before you start the game. Cheers

Your controller is more of a PlayStation type. Xbox 360 drivers will not do anything for it. It depends on the game itself. You can try Googling for a workaround or a trick to connecting it, which might be possible.

Honestly, it should be almost effortless making a controller work with a game unless something is wrong.

Did a little searching and your not the only one that is having connection problem, even with 3rd party software. I would contact the company and see if they can help or return it if you can. If you perfer the PS3 style of controller, the new PS4 controller apparently is going to be PC friendly or try this software, ignore that it is for a PS3 controller. http://www.hardcoreware.net/how-to-use-a-ps3-controller-in-windows-8/

motion joy fails to find this controller... i downloaded 360 controller emulator and now it works almost fine
