Whenever I play a game there is a crispy noise in the background or the peole speaking sound robotic

When I play games like Payday 2 or chivalry (payday 2 has ALOT more crsipy noise) there is a noise like crackiling. In payday 2 it makes it sound like everything is in slow motion. Bain sounds like a robot. In chivalry its just there in the air :(.

Try a different set of speakers or earphones and see if the problem persists through those. If it still happens, it's likely you have an environment preset in your audio driver selected.

I tried my old pair same problem, even when i unplug them its still there
