One handed, mouse only rpg's, any suggestions?
My husband has the use of only one hand and we are trying to find any good games that can be played utilizing the mouse only.

Cthulhu saves the world can be played with one hand on a keyboard. Otherwise, check out action games like Torchlight.
Dragon Age Origins is very mouse friendly, it even includes a pause-and-plan feature that allows you to take your time during battles, making it very good for your situation. Baldur's gate 1 and 2 utilize the same system too. He may even try out some strategy/tactic games, like X-COM and King's Bounty, very mouse-friendly and turn based. Also these are all very very good games AND they come cheap!
Thank you ReBoot, I found TorchLight and Torchlight II and played them and then showed them to him and he has been playing II for so long that he has got to be going buggy... That is however exactly the type of game that he can play. He was an avid Xbox player and really got into the games but then he had a stroke and now he can no longer be a musician, vocalist, glass blower or so many other things he used to be, but he is still a wonderful guy.... Thank you again.
Thank you Jack Ryder, I will definately check those out and prayerfully they will do the trick. I thank you because I know he is frustrated since I have gotten into Skyrim and have been having fun with that, although at times it can be depressing, I still muddle my way through it. :)

One of my favorites: Avadon: The Black Fortress simple graphics but very good story and mouse friendly too :D:
Thank you Silv3r9, I will check that one out too.
I searched for "PC games for one hand" and got some good results, Cheramain. Someone suggested getting a gaming mouse so all the controls can be bounded to the mouse. That's a good idea, I think.

Here's a thread on reddit with a ridiculous amount of suggestions:

Thank you muckymucks, I will follow that lead as well and yes we have been talking about the gaming mouse. I think that the gaming mouse might really be beneficial and maybe he can really enjoy a good game again. I know he liked playing Xbox with all the other guys and gals but this would be a good start back to normal. Thank you again.
