Cant buy Trackmania United Forever Star Edition

Im new here and a few days ago I downloaded the free version of Trackmania (Trackmania Nations Forever) and really enjoy it. I played and loved the original Trackmania, so naturally when it told me to upgrade to United Forever I thought it was a no brainer.

But when I try to buy it with my Visa Debit card, it keeps telling me that I got something wrong with the billing address. But the thing is that nothing is wrong with the billing address. I use the same card and billing address for when I get stuff on Amazon and pledge some money to kickstarters. I also have enough money on my checking card since just yesterday I put some money onto it.

So what am I doing wrong?
