Steam store down?

I costantly get error code: 118 from steam client and store web page doesn't load, is the store down for some kind of problem or what?

I am having the same issue, it's probably down in some regions, it definetely is in Italy.

Repairing Steam client fixed my connection issue but it could be a coincidence if they are experiencing problems.

Some of my friends here in italy are experiencing the same problem. The problem is not the connection as also from my cellphone with wi-fi off it doesn't work.

Same issue here, france.
Steam store is down, and I can't download the steam client from the site, I got it somewhere esle, but the update fails..
My connection is ok.

Well it's better if it's a steam issue, because in that way they'll have to fix it and not we our connection, eheh. Just wait.
