gta 4 help! Seculauncher failed to start application [2000] (Win8)
hey.
i have a problem with gta 4.

I had a simular problem with L.A. Noire.. Not sure if it same problem or not. Try running steam with administrative rights, to do this close down steam, then right click on steam icon and select run as administrator. This solved the problem for N.A. Noire, if this doesn't work, I know this is the help forum, but you might find a better response posting this question in the GTA 4 forum (on steam) with players who could have ran into this problem.

OK that fix that (Not on steam) to but now it give me a little black window and then after a sec it go's away and that is wat happens nothing more could someone help
