RU CIS
Hello guys. I have one question. This days I am gonna get an Assasin Creed IV gift and it says that is RU+CIS and I am from europe. Can play the game? Or can I activate the game first? What RU + CIS means?

Depends. Are you living in the former soviet union? "RU", obviously, is Russia. "CIS" is probably the Commonwealth of indepedent states[en.wikipedia.org] which is made up of some format soviet states.

I don't know whether steam lets you activate such a game, but there are "numerous" reports of Steam silently discarding such games from libraries if they don't want you to have it, with no refund or anything.
