Installed a new drive for an Xbox 360 controller. Starting make a weird static noise
After i installed a driver for my xbox 360 controller for my comp, it started make a weird static noise. Whenever i played ftl, the static noise would get considerably louder and turning off the sound didn't effect. It could be my headphones but that doesnt explain why it didn't make the noise before the installation of my xbox controller.

Sorry with updates, turns out I had to uninstall the driver for the xbox controller and it stopped the noise.

"Strange. Might try uninstalling and reinstalling the controller and your audio drivers. Make sure the controller did not change the default sound device."
