When I try to load steam, it comes up with the message above. How do I load steam? Am I missing a file?

The filesystem_stdio.dll file might have been corrupted or deleted by a failed Steam upgrade or other install process, perhaps because of a Windows restart. Reinstall Steam

The quick way to solve such stuff:
Delete everything except Steam.exe and SteamApps in your Steam folder and doubleclick that Steam.exe. See if it helps.

much easier way is to delete a certain file and restart steam and it will notice it isnt there and so it redownloads all files

go to your steam folder in Program Files (x86) Open it and delete steam.dll. Then close the folder and re launch steam and your good to go.
