Try a reinstall or a verify of the game cache. Good luck!

But my internet very slowly 1 mb :( I'm wait 4 hours for the game download :/

Upon first launch, a main menu in a Source game can take a while to come up, please Verify Game Cache though first. Even with a slow ISP, that should not take long. As it is not the same as re-downloading the game. The Steam server simply runs a file verification check on all the game files, and if needed re-downloads any that are corrupted and/or missing.

Length of time it takes to verify has more to do with the entire size of the game, much more-so then your ISP speed.
