CS 1.6 isn't smooth enough ? with 100fps

hey guys i have a weird problem ( not sure if it's a problem ) i have arround 60-100fps in cs 1.6 ( most of time 100) and 70-150 in css
and i saw millions of frags movies ( even without editing ) and peoples recoil is much smoother then mine
rates ? i tried all of it
Specs isn't a problem my pc is good
PC Specs :
intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2140 @ 1.60GHz
2GB DDR2 Nanya Technology M2Y1G64TU8HB4B-3C
ATI Radeon HD 2350

i have only60Hz
i did actually try that on my old pc and it didn't help

Movies viewed where, exactly? Youtube movies are only 30 FPS anyway. Do you have Vsync enabled in the video options?

Vsync off and everything set to high performance mode !
any other suggestion !
resolutions = same recoil

Can you post an example of what you mean? I am still not sure how you can tell other peoples are smoother than yours just from a video.

i said 1 time i have the latest Drivers- i always update it
arealon i dont think i will find benq monitor in tunisia even if i think i will find it expensive

The problem is, no-one can see what you're seeing. If it's pushing 100 FPS, that's as good as it gets.

They are probably using a gaming mouse and adjusted dpi & other mouse sensitivity options to get their movement nice and smooth. This can "lower recoil" in a way by slowing down movement to be more accurate.

You can probably do it without a gaming mouse. Adjust the Windows mouse settings & ingame mouse settings until your movement is slow but still fast enough. A gaming mouse would be even better. It also helps to get a gaming mouse mat/pad for a better glide when moving around.
