Also, how come it's against the rules.. I've *Tried* reading all of the steam subsciption agreement and couldn't find this, can you show me which term?
Cross region buying is against the rules because it undermines regional restrictions, doesn't take reading the SSA to know that. Pure common sense.
I'm sure you can, just contact support and state your claims of how your steam store doesn't accept w.e. currency that is most common in your region. Support will surely fix it for you.
