Just curious of what is the best/easiest software to record video whilst shooting of faces.

Your webcam or camera shoots seperately whilst a screen recorder records the gameplay. The frame of your webcam footage is added in whilst editing

Dxtory Doesnt lowere frames nearly as bad as some of the others and as long as your computer is good enough you can record in 1080p, also shows u your Frames in game

Fraps all the way man. I have an integrated GPU/CPU and I can record most of the games I play such as Amnesia, Portal 2, WoW, etc... At around 30+ frames in crispy HD. The full version on fraps however costs around $37. If you ever decide to stream your games use OBS or "Open Broadcaster Software!" By far the best and free streaming software :D
