First, make sure you’re logged into the correct Steam account. It’s possible you may have used a different account for the purchase.
Check Your Purchase History:
If your purchase history isn't showing up in your Steam account, it's important to check the email linked to your account for the purchase receipt from Steam. If you find the receipt, double-check that it was made through the correct account.
Reinstall the Game:
If you’re logged into the right account and the purchase is showing in your history, try reinstalling the game. Go to your Steam Library and search for the game. If you’ve already purchased it, there should be an option to download or install it rather than buy it again.
Check Your Payment Method:
Since you used PayPal, ensure that the payment was successfully processed. If it didn’t go through, the purchase might not have been completed. Check your PayPal history to see if the payment was successful.
Steam Support:
If the game still isn’t appearing in your library, contact Steam Support directly. They can help you verify the purchase and restore your game if necessary.
To contact Steam Support:
Go to Steam Support.
Select Purchases > I have a problem with a purchase.
Provide details of your issue and attach any relevant purchase receipts if you have them.
I hope this helps resolve the issue! If you found this useful, please consider supporting me. Thank you!
