Steam tricked me
I transferred items to the player kolos181, but as I mentioned earlier, he didn’t receive them, and they disappeared from my inventory. Later, the recipient of my trade also disappeared. I am attaching a screenshot as proof. Now my items are shown as belonging to an unknown player. How is this possible???

Why should I suffer and lose all my valuable items because of your system’s errors? I demand compensation and the immediate return of my items!!!

I am also attaching a screenshot of the unknown person who received all my items due to your mistakes. I have sent him a friend request and hope he will accept it.

I can send all the evidence and screenshots here if needed.

Give me access so I can attach photos.
They was not system error, your account is compromised.

Did someone ask you to transfer you items? If so that was the scammer. Neither Steam Support or anyone at Valve will ever ask you to trade items for ANY reason.

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
I wasn't scammed, I transferred the items to my brother's and sister's old account kolos181, which hadn’t been logged into for 5 years and had a Steam level of 0. I did this to try to win a tournament, but due to the number of my items, I wasn’t allowed to join. So, I decided to create a trade and cancel it after the tournament. The trade was sent automatically, although it should have required approval from both sides. My brother logged into the account, saw the order with the items, but all of them were transparent and not in his inventory. Later, they completely disappeared. I contacted support 8 times, but received no help, no response, and my requests were closed. This continued until today when I saw that the recipient of the items had changed, and they are now with an unknown person.

Wow.... you just explained a COMMON scam.... You can find countless other thread just like this.

Valve even has a page about the scam.... https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/4081-BACF-CA77-27F0

Here is Valve telling you that if you tickets are getting auto closed your account is compromised.

If you are just going to argue with people trying to help it's a waste of everyone's time.

Keep in mind the more you argue you risk more irreversible damage to your account, like game and VAC bans.
Everything is fine with my account, no one scammed me, I didn’t share my passwords with anyone, and I don’t have any programs. I am telling you again that I made the trade for my brother myself. He didn’t receive the items, only for a few hours they were visible in the trade history on his account, but then they disappeared. Now it shows that they belong to someone else. They should have been with kolos181, or if it was a trade error, they should have been returned to me, not be with another player who I don't even have in my friends list.
More arguing.... i'm out.

Best of luck.

Everyone is going to tell you the same thing i did.

Your tickets getting no response and closed is another sign your account is compromised as steam will never do that on their end as they always respond to a ticket.

Just for the sake of moving this conversation along, let's assume you are right. What's it going to hurt for you to follow the steps outlined earlier to secure your account just in case? Are you that deadset on being right that you won't even try?

Do these:

When you're done, try to open a new ticket to Support. You might be surprised to find they no longer close immediately.
I have a video showing how the offer was visible on my brother's account and then disappeared. This is a mistake by Steam; they gave my items to a different person.
