You can't send or accept this trade offer because either you can't trade with the other user, or one of the parties in this trade can't send or receive one of the items in the trade. Possible causes: You aren't friends with the other user and you didn't provide a trade token.
When you try to log in to your second account, Steam should send a Steam Guard code to the email address associated with the account.
Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folders) for the Steam Guard code.
2. Re-enable Steam Guard on Your Account
If you can't find the Steam Guard option in your app, it may have been disabled during the factory reset. Try these steps:
Go to Steam Settings > Account > Manage Steam Guard.
Make sure Steam Guard is enabled.
Choose whether you want to receive Steam Guard codes via email or the mobile app.
3. Try Steam Mobile App Verification
If Steam Guard isn't working through the app, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Steam app to reset it.
Make sure your mobile number is linked to your Steam account and verify via the app if necessary.
4. Clear Steam App Cache
If you get the "Access is denied (15)" error when contacting Steam support, try clearing the cache for the Steam app and attempt logging in again.
5. Contact Steam Support Again
If you still can't resolve the issue, try contacting Steam Support again and explain your situation in more detail. They may ask you for additional information or steps to help recover your account.
