is it possible to refund a game after 14 days?

i bought a game 25 days ago but did not run well, i only played it for 6 min so can i refund it?

explain what it is that happened and ask for the refund

a person will look at it instead of it automatically rejecting it for being over the 2 weeks

Refund policy is 14 days with less then 2 hrs game time.

Seeing as your over the 14 day limit, you best bet is to send in a manual ticket. Select the game in your transaction history and pick from the options i have a question and then go ahead explain you need to refund as it doesn't run.

Thats up to whomever reads your refund request. If you went a month then certainly not. Other than 14 days there is an unspecified wiggle room in the rules, but they don't say how much time that is. Get your request in as soon as possible. The longer you wait the higher the chance they deny it.
You can still have them remove the game(no refund) or you can try upgrading your pc so that it will run.

Remember that is the request is refused, then that is the final answer and trying to spam refund requests will not help.
