Need help! Steam guard not working properly

Hi everyone, sort of new to steam/gaming. I’ve had this account for a while but never really got to be more active since late last year. I noticed something about a steam guard and I might’ve used it and forgot but I don’t have a code or anything I’ve tried to move it to my new phone too and nothing worked. I have provided my old email and steam gift card I used to prove that this account is mine and I never got the help I needed from the steam help center. If anybody on here could help me that would be great. Thanks so much for reading <3

Ps I’m able to login on my computer and browser since I have backup codes. Just not my iPhone app
