Cant join voice chat

when i join voice chat it just connects for forever and eventually after a minute disconnects, what do i do...?

Same on two different computers. I have done nothing with the network or computers. Windows 11.

I just tried it again and if the chat channel is empty I can connect but that is new. Where my friends are I cannot connect. Weird.

I'm having the same problem. I wasn't able to connect all day yesterday. About 10 hours ago it was working and now it's stuck on connecting again.

Try clearing the download cache. Just go to Steam > Settings > Downloads and "Clear Download Cache." This usually fixes issues like this. Make sure both you and your friend do it!

guys its fixed, what i did was log off of my account fully and log in back, maybe you all can give it a shot as well and see or it works or not ^^

It's working again today without any action on my end.
