i purchased a game yesterday that has went through with my bank and has charged me but steam hasnt given me the game and if i go to the game i purchased i am not a owner and it says to buy even though i have purchased it does anyone know what i can do to fix this?

it has went through on my bank and taken money and i have went to my purchases and nothing is there

Has the money actually been taken or is it showing as a pending transaction? Pending means the money is reserved and has not left your account. The hold on this money will drop off after a few days (how many depends on your bank).

Your bank they puts a hold on the funds to send to Steam but as the transaction failed no money was sent and will be returned to your account once the bank processes it.
