Question about moving steam games and emudeck content

If I just copy everything on a new SDcard, this includes both my downloaded steam games and my emudeck setup/games I've added, will it just be seamless or will there be issues? and is there a way to transfer data from one SD card to another without the use of a PC?

Just use a USB dock with an SD card slot or a USB SD Card reader, clone the SD card and both Steam Deck and Emu Deck wont even know anythings changed.
