False Game Ban
I was playing mirage today and I got 14 kills at the end. it was a bad game overall but when i went out with my dog and came back i noticed i wasn't able to play so i opened steam and had an account alert saying ''You've been permanently game banned in Counter-Strike 2.'' I didn't violate any of the rules or cheated, I played fairly and legit. I'm sure what caught their attention was the pistol round on CT and i got 4 very lucky head-shot kills in the apartments on site B. Video is posted on TikTok @yourlocalslovak. Please help what do I do. Yes I submitted a request to help me.

wrong forum. Also gamebans for CS2 can be given for one of a few things. doesn't matter what "evidence" you think you have. Valve have all the necessary info for the gameban.

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

Examples include:
Cheating.

Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.
Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.

Can you tell me why I was game banned?
No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.

Whether you were using cheat software, automating matchmaking, or abusing matchmaking the reason a game ban was issued is not shared with users.

Can I appeal my game ban?
No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.

I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.

You don't have a VAC ban. READ the very first response instead of ignoring it.

i wasnt violating any rules or guidelines or anything i had 4 sus kills and i dont know why igot the ban but i would never cheat

you need to figure out what you may have done. it doesnt matter what you say, no one here can do anything. this is a USER ONLY FORUM.

doesnt say anything that helps. I didnt violate anything and I got VAC in-game with the red on top of my screen

I will tldr it for you: Appealing the game ban is futile because Valve doesn't accept game ban appeals.

you did something to get a gameban, doesn't matter what in game says. Also this is a community forum and not an appeal forum

You have several banned accounts from what I can see. Maybe remove the cheats from your PC before you continue playing on a new account.
