News updates on library gone?

So for some reason they are gone, like literally, i just have my games libraries but the news updates are nowhere to be seen, i had them yesterday, today when i started the computer they are gone, help?

Edit: I fixed it, just have to exit steam entirely and open it again and again until it appears.

i searched about it, and it seems this has been an issue since like 2023, supposedly the news come back when a game posts a new update, but im having it too

Other users asked a lot of times to completely (re)move the news block, maybe they’re testing its absence on a random focus group. (Mine are present.)

it just came back for me (20 mins later), maybe an ui bug (i have library checked at: store > news, and options).

clarification: i meant as in sporadically.
by the way, i went to steam's subreddit and no one said anything with the word "news" or "new" or "gone" the last week, related to this issue
