unlink my Rockstar Games Social Club account from my Steam

Is there any way to unlink my Rockstar Games Social Club account from my Steam account and link a new one to play the games I already have in my library?
For example, I used an account to play GTA V in the past, but I no longer use that account and now I want to play another Rockstar Games title in my Steam library but on my new Social Club account, is it possible?

Only Rockstar can unlink them, you have to write a manual ticket to their support.
Also they state that you will lose access to all games on Steam that have been linked to that account.
They can NOT be linked to a new Rockstar account. Its the original one or none.
