My download speed slow
Hello. The error started on Saturday. According to speedtest.net, my download speed is 932.23Mbps, but steam does not go above 10.6mbit/s. Which I can't figure out what's wrong. I have a Samsung m.2 ssd, I would like to download the games on it.

Net neutrality/Double Paid Carrier issue.
