Cannot send a txt file in ticket

I am trying to send a SteamVR crash report but I just get an error message that says "The file type of "SteamVR-2024-01-15-PM_01_35_55.txt" is not supported. Only images and text files can be uploaded."

I don't know if its the size of the text file that is causing it but any help is appreciated.
