quest 3 unstable connection steam vr

i have recently bought the quest 3 and wanted to play bonelabs on it, but when i play it i have issues with either lag or connection issues with steam vr.

i do not use a cable and airlink (i need to use mobile hotspot and my pc has issues with holding a stable signal(fixing soon)). my pc is hooked up to the ethernet and the quest 3 to the wifi.

pc specs:

cpu: i7 12th gen 12700KF
Intel. gpu: amd radeon rx 6700xt.
ram: 16gb

any help would be greatly appreciated.
