Google download
Idk why but when i download something from google my download is 400kb/s but it should be normal like on aps its 10 or 11 mb
Can someone help me

download speed is not only determined by how fast your internet is.

if the server where you are downloading data from is slow, it will hamper your speed.

try downloading from a different source.

restart router, keep it off for about 5 minutes so unplug it
