Connection Time Out

So I've looked at other threads on this, and follow the steps but none seem to fix this error. I get this when trying to down load a game. I'm using windows 11. When I downloaded the same game on my Steam deck it works it just the windows machine it doesn't work.

The internet works everything else works fine I can use the internet. Rest change location and uninstall the game still does not download and I gt in red Connection time out

It's a common thing on some games.I think it boils down to server lapses and/or playing with someone else whose connection glitches causing that message to come up and stop the game dead.And sometimes I have found out the player whose game i was in left it suddenly and shuts it down.(getting that same message about timed out) .I have checked afterwards and found the game I was in has totally disappeared off the list!Yeah,it's frustrating but I'm glad it's just periodic in nature.Therefore,no amount of reinstalling your files is going to correct this issue.

Bro I'm not playing any one I'm trying to download a game, I get 0 bits and then I get this message on my windows machine. But on my Steam deck I can download the same game fine

F***** NORTON!!! idk if this helps you but that’s what was blocking me. Uninstalled it and restarted, no issue anymore

I did a fresh install of windows 11 and this fixed it
