how do i make easy and fast steam level xp without buying games?

i'm searching for similar xp ways like buying or upgrading the seasonal badge or doing the steam community tasks because this i have already done.

i also know that you can get 10 xp for each given and received award on anything here on steam but after upgrading my seasonal badge to lvl 40.. well, i'm now out of steam points lol.

and the gem maker badge is no longer available unfortunately.

You don't have to own a game to buy its cards and craft its badge. Older games usually have cheap cards and some only require 5 cards to complete a set. Every game badge you craft is worth 100xp.

That was only 100xp and you only got it the first time you converted something into gems.

oh i also should've mentioned without crafting badges because this way would be way too easy - and i know that about the 100 xp per badge.

There's not really a whole lot of free badges on Steam. The community one can be leveled up to a maximum of 500xp by doing all the tasks listed in the badge description (and not doing things from some long out of date guide like too many keep doing). The Years of Service badge is 50xp per full year your account has been on Steam. And if post something people enjoy you might receive awards that are worth xp and points you could use for the seasonal badge (+xp) or to give others rewards (+xp).

But the only real way to level up quickly is by crafting badges and game badges are going to be vastly cheaper than the seasonal badge. At 1000 points per level for the seasonal badge you are looking at $10 in purchases per level, whereas $10 in card sets could easily buy a few thousand xp from small cheap sets of cards.
