I don't get E-Mails telling me about a release anymore

Hello.

For years i always got an E-Mail when a game on my wishlist released. Since 3 days it stopped. Any idea why?

I was replying to Bollazza, not you. So, your case seems different. Doesn't turn my statement wrong, just not applicable to you.

You don't know if Steam is right as Bollazza didn't contact his provider with this information. But I assume it will be the same that the mail never reached the provider.

Gonna contact my provider in the afternoon. But I don't think it's them because the mail about my ticket arrived as usual. and the address is the same.

I'm also having this problem. I get emails for Steam Market sales, but nothing for weeks when something on my wish list goes on sale. I use a personal domain and setup using SimpleLogin, and that redirects to ProtonMail.

Nothing in spam, and it's very clear according to SimpleLogin the only emails that have come through for my Steam email are related to the Steam Market.

BTW the mail they sent me telling me my ticket was answered arrived without problem and the adress is always the same. So I don't think it's my provider the problem here.

Same for me. Every mail from noreply@steampowered.com came through except the wishlist mails. So it's obvious that the provider isn't blocking anything because you just can block the IP range and that is the same for every mail with the same sender.
I also stated that to Steam but they don't care.

It doesn't matter. The fact is that some mails are arriving and others not and this from the same address, which implies that it cannot be the provider.

Remove the email address from your post. No one needs to know your personal email adress, especially those web crawling bots don't.

And actually that reply is very useful. Steam support investigated and told you the email is successfully sent, but rejected on your end, which implies that your mail provider blocked it.

Sadly no. We have dozens of ppl now with DIFFERENT @E-Mails and contacted the provider. And think about it, have you ever heared of a provider blocking mails? The maximum they do is spam marking. Whitelisting or E-Mail change does not work. It's 100% a Steam issue because App notifications are bugged also. Normaly you can click "show all" and it shows you new&past ones but now it's always empty. 0.

Came here to say that I have the same problem. Since the start of the winter sale I did not get a single "game on sale" or "game released" mail.

As only some, seemingly random, people have this problem, maybe they are doing some kind of AB test to check the performance of these mails. And we are the unlucky ones that got into a "no mails" group. That might also explain the very unhelpful support as they can't go out and say "btw you are currently Guinea pigs so we can check your behavior without mails".

My behavior will be that I disabled all notifications and I will not know if games go on sale because I don't want to use the app notifications.
But I don't think that they care about it if some customers do this.
