I did have a ticket open.
Received 1 Email New Game release
Received 1 Email of 3 Games on Wishlist on Sale
Received 1 Email of a New Game release
Adding these numbers with my other number of 3 emails. I received 6 Emails which is way more than I had with outlook in the last few days.
Again I'll keep you updated.
But I still don't get any mails. Seems they're trying to sort out the problem and trying some things to fix it but it doesn't work constantly.
It's mostly the developer's loss. Valve might think the issue is small scaled and negligible, however a developer might not think so if every little sale matters. I don't care where the problem resides- I just want it fixed and functioning reliably. If it isn't, then it doesn't reflect well on their system and casts doubt about its effectiveness.
Edit: I noticed that the mail layout is different now. So they 100% changed their mails and had problems with it. Maybe we were the guinea pigs for their new layout and it didn't work. But they blame others, lol.
