Can't authenticate my son's account
I am trying to recover his old account but the login and password require authentication from his old email and phone number. After 6 years they are no longer available are there any other options? I have the old email and phone number they just can't be accessed anymore. When I try to input my son's old number/email for recovery it says they are no longer options for recovery authentication. We have are own same address and legal docs etc if that matters.

I still can't get in to change the password which is step 1. This is unusual I'm sure is there really no direct email or phone?

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked/lost account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

Do you have any proof of ownership?
