Playing my steam games on my Xbox One X

I seem to be having some difficulty launching the games on my Xbox. I also downloaded Nvidia, and it's still is giving me trouble. I do have a free Nvidia account, because fun things cost money, and gaming is no exception. Nonetheless, even after waiting 160 some people, as the game begins to launch tells me that I haven't even purchased the game. But.. I have. Shows on my account. I would just like some troubleshoot help, so I can at least play some of the games on my steam. I do not have a tower, I do not have a laptop, I have no PC whatsoever. I am on a console and frustrated. Please and thank you for your time, and useful advice is definitely appreciated.
Note: I only tried one game so far, The Forest.
